GP Appointments

Whether you are registered with us or not, we can offer flexible and convenient primary GP care, providing management of long-term conditions, health advice, rapid and easy access to diagnostic tests or second opinions.

Our experienced practitioners can treat almost any medical problem that your NHS GP would, yet go beyond this to provide proactive and personal care that puts your needs at the very heart of our practice. Consultations are flexible and convenient for you, diagnosis and treatment are rapid and comprehensive and, if your health issues are more complex, then we can provide a collaborative approach that explores all possible avenues to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

We have links to some of the world’s leading medical experts across all specialties and can refer you to the most appropriate specialist if required.

Continuity of care is an essential hallmark of the service we offer and, even if we refer you to a consultant colleague for specialised diagnosis and treatment, we will continue to oversee your medical care throughout your patient journey.

Our GP appointments are typically 25 minutes so we can ensure that your needs are fully dealt with. Longer appointments are also available to discuss more complex problems and new patients always get 45 minutes for their initial consultation.

Frequently asked questions

You will always have one doctor that oversees your care, although we do work with other specialists that may treat you at some point during your patient journey.

For certain issues, it is possible to discuss your medical history and symptoms with our doctor over the phone and receive a remote prescription that can be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

We will send you a simple registration form and medical questionnaire, so our doctors have all the relevant information for your first appointment. If you are seeking help for an ongoing medical condition, you may be asked to bring information on any tests or treatment you have undergone previously.

I do offer home visits depending on location. I feel that home visits are an integral aspect of primary care and so get in touch to find out if we’re able to visit you at your home, hotel or place of work.
