Fertility Health Support

If you have concerns about your fertility, it can feel daunting to take that first step in asking for help. We can investigate potential fertility issues, advise you on possible treatment options and refer you to leading London fertility clinics with an excellent track record in achieving pregnancy.

Investigating fertility issues is a fundamental component of our service and we treat both male and female patients, either as part of a couple or separately.

A Fertility MOT is recommended for both sexes from age 30 onwards and these tests will help you to understand your fertility and ability to conceive.

Although we will always offer holistic health care advice, we are not currently referring couples with fertility concerns to any of the alternative health practitioners in this area, in keeping with the evidence base that these procedures do not improve outcomes.

However, we do work closely with a psychologist who has a wealth of experience in fertility and intimacy issues.

Frequently asked questions

These tests will provide you with invaluable information on your fertility status that will aid you in making important decisions, such as whether you can delay having a baby at this time or consider freezing your eggs.

The tests include a pelvic ultrasound that will check for cysts, fibroids, polyps or other problems as well as evaluate the Antral Follicle Count. A blood test will measure your levels of Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) which will help us assess your ovarian reserve.

During a male fertility test, your sperm is analysed for density, i.e. sperm count, morphology or shape of the sperm and also mobility. We also check to see whether there are any anti-sperm antibodies present, the ability of the sperm to survive and whether there are any infections present.
