Charges for telephone and email advice are discretionary and will be charged when a significant amount of advice, treatment and organization is involved.
Please note fees should be paid directly to the practice and not through an insurance company.
If you need a receipt for insurance, please ask for this at the time you settle your bill.

We accept credit cards except American Express or Diners
Fees are usually payable at time of the consultation but if this is not possible, telephone payments by credit card are also accepted.
Please note fees must be settled within 30 days of the consulation.
A cancellation charge of 50% of the fee applies if less than 4 hours notice is given.
